If you are looking for a relaxing day and wish to enjoy a tour in which history melds with nature and local gastronomy, this is the option for you.
Tarquinia is a charming medieval town with Etruscan origins. It is surrounded by tall defensive walls and towers, while its quaint streets are bordered with lovely stone houses and romanesque churches.
After the guided tour of the historical centre, you’ll have the possibility to visit an organic family run cheese factory.
You will see how they produce all their products based on the local ships’ and cows’ milk and you’ll be showed their criteria and processing techniques.
The “Buffala Mozzarella” will be prepared in front of you!
Afterwards, you’ll taste the factory’s produce
