Farmhouse - holiday apartaments

Accommodation in a renovated farm-house in a hillside setting. Panoramic view over the valley. 7 km. from Umbertide (Pg). Fenced-in swimming pool 12x6, with hot shower on poolside. All apartments are 50 m. from the pool and have a fireplace (wood is provided free of charge) and independent heating, a cooking section with fridge, 4-ring hob, work surface and equipment for 6 people.

Towels, bed linen and kitchen linen are provided (changed weekly). The nearest shops are in Umbertide.Restaurant 800 mt. Wood-burning oven and barbecue available.
Property entirely fenced in.

Baby-sitter available on request, to be paid locally.
No pets allowed. Guests have the use of communal laundry, car park and large, fully-equipped garden

section and oven, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath- rooms.

The "Tino" apartment is 80 m²: on the first floor, with one bedroom, bathroom and sitting room, with cooking section and sofa-bed. Panoramic view. Private area with table, parasol and chairs.

The "Polla" apartment is 80 m²: two entrances on ground floor, one bedroom, bathroom, access area to bathroom, and sitting room with cooking section and sofa-bed. Panoramic view. Private terrace with table, parasol and chairs.

"Olmo" is a separate house,
100 m², on two floors: two bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room with cooking section and single bed. Panoramic view. Large covered veranda with table and chairs.
