   SHORT HISTORY AND DESCRIPTION OF CASTIGLIONCELLO 

When, at the beginning of 1900's, some real pioneers like intelligent tour operators. named this tiny piece of land kissed by sea, sun and green of its hills, "Costa Fiorita", created without knowing, a tourist symbol that would be became famous during the years, in opposition to the birth of Costa Azzurra or Costiera Amalfitana.

Castiglioncello, Quercianella and the other resorts of Costa Fiorita, became places of cultural and refined tourism, with many important personages: writers. literaturels men and artists like 'Macchiaioli' Painters who were among the best "tourists" and who immortalised the Coast in their famous Works. Art, culture. nature, this is the charming dose union that made famous this Coast. To reach the apartment you walk through a small wooden gate that introduces you to the apartment's garden and after a few steps to a large terrace, shadowed by a curtain, that enjoys a stunning view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. From the terrace you enter into the carefully furnished living room with a comfortable sofa that when needed can turn into a double bed. The bright living room leads on to a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen-stove; fridge, dishwasher), a small corridor where you find the main bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has a large window with a gorgeous view of the sea and en suite small bathroom with shower; the second bedroom has a glass door that leads on to the garden.
