Spacious apartment recently restored located in a beautiful Villa with swimming pool and a large park. 

The apartment is carefully furnished with family antiques and with all modern conforts. 

The Villa lays on a hill overlooking the lake Trasimeno and is surrounded by the rolling hills of Umbria covered by olive trees, small oak woods and wild flowers.  The lake can be reached in a few minutes and so is the small historical town of Passignano that develops by the lake. Sports such as wind-surf, sailing, waterskiing and canoeing can be played at the lake and of course  horse riding, tennis, cycling, trekking on the surroundings too.  From Passignano you can take the boat to the islands Maggiore and Polvese where historical sites dating back to the Roman empire, walking itineraries in the preserved wild nature, pic.nic areas and small inviting beaches can be found.  

On the Isola Maggiore you also have a great restaurant where you can enjoy a tasteful lunch by the lake, while in the Polvese island you can taste great prosciutto and cheese sandwiches sipping a glass of wine at the bar by the lake.. Boats run every 40 minutes.

The free toll motorway is only 4 Km away and it takes you to all historical medieval towns of Umbria such as Spello, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Todi etc... and in 2 hrs to Rome and Florence.  

The apartment has one main badroom with a queen size bed with inner bathroom with shower, one bedroonm with two single beds, one bathroom with bathtub with shower too, both rooms have a gorgeous view over the hills covered with olive trees and wild flowers.  Large Living/dinning  room with comfortable sofa and two armchairs, totally equipped kitchen with wooden table and sideboard, both with large windows with a glorious view of the Lake Trasimeno and the Islands. Outdoor furnished area.

Linen and towels for the apartment:  included, no swimming pool towels.

Heating: to be charged depending on use

*Final cleaning and laundry: 26,- Euros for the use of one bedroom, 40,- Euros for the use of both bedrooms. No charge for over five nights bookings.

Second rental week: 10% discount

Security deposit: 150,- Euros due upon arrival and refunded on departure after the deduction of any extra charges or damages.

A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation unless otherwised agreed upon. Balance due must be paid upon arrival.
