    "I Fagiani" country house is located on the hills of Todi, only three km from the town's historical centre, and offers an incredible view on the surrounding valleys.

   
The property has three hectares of woods, fully fenced in, and an automatic gate at the entrance, amongst gardens full of flavoured herbs, parks, olive trees, and a nice orchard.

A nice swimming pool is available (4x8) with a maximum height of 1,5 mt. An external terrace with a superb view invites you to relax and to enjoy succulent dishes.

"I Fagiani" country house has to its guest's disposal a satellite TV, 2 ISDN phone lines, laundry, and a jacuzzi. Animals are not welcome.

THE COUNTRY HOUSE IS SO STRUCTURED:

FIRST FLOOR: Kitchen with fireplace, dining room, large sitting room with 2 double sofa-bed, 1 double room, 1 bathroom with tub, laundry.

     SECOND FLOOR: Entrance hall, library room with a superb terrace, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and an inner bathroom with shower.

THIRD FLOOR: Spectacular bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi and shower.

The villa's finishings are really rich of value with beams, artisan Umbrian fired floor, and provenzal style walls. The country house is furnished with local antique furniture and it is decorated with height quality clothes.
